Notes
Always Use Fresh Citrus Juice - Cocktails are always the best when you use freshly squeezed citrus juice, especially in margaritas. Bottled juice often contains added ingredients that alter the drink's flavor significantly
Choose Premium Tequila - Choose a high-quality tequila, ideally silver or blanco. The clean, crisp taste complements the fruity mango notes perfectly
Salt the Glass Rim - If desired, use margarita salt to add a savory touch and elevate the mango flavor and sweetness
Get Creative with Garnishes - Beyond a lime wedge, experiment with herbs like mint or rosemary, or add a zesty twist with lime zest-infused salt or a little spice with a jalapeno.
Shake Thoroughly - Ensure the margarita is well-mixed and chilled through by shaking vigorously before straining
How to Make Mango Puree: Cut up 1-2 ripe mangoes into pieces that fit into a food processor or blender. Transfer the mango pieces to a food processor or blender, and blend until smooth.
