Make the pizza dough ahead of time if you are using homemade dough. Cook and season the ground beef if you are making it from scratch. If you are using store-bought, remove it from the fridge so it can start to warm up. Note: this recipe is perfect for leftover taco meat!
Once you are ready to make your pizza, remove the dough from the fridge and ensure it is at room temperature before forming your pizza. If you are baking your pizza in a regular oven, preheat the oven to 500° F (260° C) with the pizza stone inside. If you are using a pizza oven, preheat it while prepping the pizza.
Hand press or roll out the pizza dough into a 12" round.
Spread out the enchilada sauce on the pizza crust in an even layer.
Add the rest of the ingredients starting with the mozzarella cheese followed by the taco meat, beans, tomatoes, cheddar cheese, queso fresco, and olives.
Bake the pizza in a pizza oven or regular oven until fully cooked and the crust has browned. This takes about 90 seconds in a pizza oven or 13-15 minutes in a regular oven.
After baking, add any additional toppings like fresh cilantro, green onions, and fresh jalapeno slices. Serve with sour cream and guacamole on the side and enjoy!
