I’ve always loved passion fruit and guava flavors and now I can have both in a delicious cocktail! This Guava Passion Fruit Drink is one of my favorites right now and it will quickly become yours as well.
I used fruit purees for my cocktail since fresh tropical fruit is in limited supply in the Northwest where I live. But, if you are lucky enough to have fresh fruit, they will work in this drink as well.

How to Make a Guava Passion Fruit Drink
Have your cocktail coupe glass and garnish ready to go. Add the vodka, Campari, fresh lime juice, fruit purees, simple syrup, and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake for 15-20 seconds to get it nice and cold. Strain into the cocktail glass, garnish and enjoy!
How to Make This Drink into a Mocktail
If you want a fruity drink, but not the alcohol, you can still enjoy this one! Simply substitute the vodka for water and skip the Campari.
Can I make This drink with different alcohol?
Yes! The great thing about fruity and tart cocktails is that you can easily substitute your favorite alcohol. Try this cocktail with gin, whiskey, or rum for a different twist!
How to Make Homemade Fruit Puree
If you are lucky enough to have fresh guava and passion fruit you can make your own puree!
Cut the passion fruit in half and dig out the middle with a spoon. For the guava, you can just cut it into quarters. Add the fruit to a food processor or blender and give it a quick pulse to remove more of the pulp and juice from the seeds. Strain the mixture into a bowl and you have your puree.
If you purchase frozen passion fruit, once it thaws, it will be in a puree form. If there are chunks of fruit, give it a quick zip in a food processor or blender.
Tools and Ingredients You Can Buy to Make a Guava Passion Fruit Drink
If you can’t find guava or passion fruit puree, you can buy it online. The addition of tiki bitters helps balance out the strong flavors from the purees.
Of course, you will need a cocktail shaker and a fancy cocktail glass for this passion fruit guava drink as well!
