This Gin Tiki Cocktail is bursting with tiki flavors and is the perfect drink for your next BBQ, picnic, or summer get-together. This craft cocktail has the perfect blend of gin, Campari, orgeat, and pineapple juice that will take you to the tropics any day of the week!

    tiki gin cocktail with Campari

Who doesn't love a good tiki cocktail? And one of the ingredients that makes a good tiki cocktail is orgeat so it's no wonder this Gin Tiki Cocktail is so good. The sweet pineapple juice and the tangy herbal taste of Campari pair perfectly with orgeat and gin.

I could drink these cocktails all summer long! This cocktail is inspired by the Bermuda Hundred cocktail which has been seen on blogs like Saveur.com.

If you love tiki-inspired cocktails, check out my Tiki Bitters Whiskey Sour! This is a whiskey lover's tiki drink for sure.

    What is Orgeat?

Orgeat is a liqueur usually made from almonds and orange flower water and there are many variations out there. Orgeat is famously known for its addition to the classic Mai Tai cocktail.

It's also common in many other tiki-inspired cocktails, however, it’s an incredibly versatile ingredient. It can bring a creamy nuttiness to liquors like whiskey or rum and balance out the bite in tequila or mezcal.

According to Bon Appetite, "This nonalcoholic sweetener is typically made one of two ways: either steeping finely chopped nuts in a simple syrup or making a syrup by adding sugar directly to a prepared nut milk that is then cooked low and slow."
